Jim Tripp offers a lively way to improve your Spanish skills this winter. Students with basic Spanish skills will enjoy reading a very short Spanish language novel that uses a vocabulary of only 200 words to tell a 2200 word story. That vocabulary is then put to practical use in discussions of the book in five fun and informal classes.

Belinda Greenwood will teach the Wu Tai Chi Chuan form she learned from Master Zee Wen of Shanghai. Daily practice of tai chi has many possible health benefits including increased energy, lower blood pressure, improved balance and cardiovascular fitness.
