This workshop opportunity focuses on creative projects and the art of giving back to the community. No artistic experience is necessary to join the cause and each workshop is open to the public and to all ages. All we need is your passion to champion a cause! Whether you're part of service organization, a girl scout troop, or have a group of friends focused on paying it forward, you can make a difference in your community. Call ArtHaus to set up a date, then gather your group and get to work making a difference.
Previous projects include making newborn jersey knot hats out of recycled t-shirts for the Winneshiek Medical Center; fleece blankets for the resource center serving battered women and children; note cards for residents of area nursing homes; fairy-chairs and houses for the PAWS animal shelter fundraiser, etc.
Contact ArtHaus to schedule your workshop today! Special thanks to Dr. John Wilmes, Dr. Peter Blogett, Dr. Jon Hart, of West Side Dental for graciously underwriting all Art for a Cause supply costs.
