Baker London Presents: The Wapsipinicon
DATE: January 15
TIME: 8:00pm
COST: $5
Originally a solo project for Cloud Cult’s Shawn Neary, the Wapsipinicon has evolved into an orchestra of multi-instrumentalists, specializing in slow-burning Americana: full, layered, and awash in harmony. The Wapsipinicon is: Shawn Neary on guitar and vocals, Adam Svec on keyboards and vocals, Scott Hefte on bass, trombone, and vocals, and Ted Held on pedal steel.
“Baker London Presents” was created to support and promote emerging artists and provide a venue for live music in Decorah. Founded in honor of Baker London's alter ego, Trevor Grimm, “Baker London Presents” aims to ensure his legacy will live on through this series of concerts at ArtHaus. If you appreciate good music, like to support young musicians, and want to keep it local, BYOB and grab a seat at the next “Baker London Presents” show.
