We’ll read three great plays, discuss them as literature (exploring style, theme, and the play’s time and place for historical context), then rehearse selected scenes to experience them out loud and in person! Dramatic Literature I explored Euripides, Shakespeare, and Moliere. Dramatic Literature II will focus on the revolutionary advent of realism with Ibsen, Chekhov, and Shaw.
